Every graphic is printed just for you, so here's how we make things right.
Damaged or defective
If your order arrives damaged, or the hardware is defective, email hello@readysetbooth.comwithin 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll repair, replace or reprint it.
Our printing mistake
If what we printed doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll reprint it at no cost.
Custom printed items
Because graphics are custom-made from your artwork, we can't take returns for changes of mind, or for errors in artwork you approved on your proof. Please check spelling, dates and colors carefully on your proof.
