What's the difference between a complete kit and a replacement graphic?
A complete kit is the hardware (stand, frame or pole) plus your printed graphic. A replacement graphic is just the print, for a display you already own.
Do I need to send artwork when I order?
No. You can upload it when you order, or send it afterward. If you need help with design, tell us in the notes and our designers will reach out.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We email a proof of your artwork and wait for your approval before anything goes to print.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after you approve your proof, via FedEx. Transit time depends on your location.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $150 ship free. Smaller orders ship for a flat $35.
Are the displays hard to set up?
Most of our banner stands, flags and pop-ups set up in minutes by one person, with no tools. Larger modular booths take longer and come with instructions.
Do you have print templates?
Yes. Products with a template have a Download print template button on the product page. Design inside the outline, then upload your file.
Can you build a custom or larger booth?
Yes. Email hello@readysetbooth.com with your show, booth size and date, and we'll put a setup together.
